Job Title: Senior Sales Development Representative
Salary: £35,000 basic + £10,000 commission Y1
Location: London
Off the back of a huge funding round led by some of the investors involved with Snapchat & Slack, this hyper-growth company are looking for x3 Senior Sales Development Representative to help them reach their growth goals.
This company are on a mission to create friendships between brands and their customers, break down technology silos and eliminate bad customer service. They sell a software that unifies customer engagement across numerous touchpoint for a better customer and agent experience!
Clients include the likes of Loaf, Oliver Bonas, Freddie's Flowers & Mindful Chef!
What you'll be doing:
In this outbound sales role, you will be focused on outbound calling, emailing and prospecting to hit or exceed meetings held quota consistently. In your day-to-day, you will:
- Engage with prospects by phone, email or LinkedIn
- Build a robust pipeline for your assigned Account Executive
- Successfully explain the value drivers to set up meetings with qualified prospects
- Handle objections from potential customers who may be using or considering a competitor
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to gain referrals and expand the customer base
