Salary: €33,400 base + commission (€48,000 OTE, uncapped commission on overachievement)

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role
As a Spanish-speaking SDR, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying enterprise sales opportunities while collaborating with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth. You will be targeting large, strategic accounts and developing relationships with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise-Level Outbound Prospecting – Identify and qualify enterprise leads for Account Executives, using multi-channel outreach.
- Strategic Account Targeting – Work closely with sales and marketing to drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Lead Qualification & Opportunity Creation – Assess business needs, engage decision-makers, and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
- Pipeline Building – Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of early-stage leads, ensuring consistent outreach and follow-up.
- CRM & Tech Stack Mastery – Utilize Salesforce LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and Salesloft to track and optimize engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Spanish speaker and Fluent English proficiency – Ability to engage confidently in business-level discussions.
- 1+ year of SDR/BDR experience – SaaS or IT sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong Outbound Sales Skills – Experience with cold outreach, personalized messaging, and identifying decision-makers.
- Enterprise Sales Mindset – Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in large organizations.
- Proven Ability to Sell Complex Solutions – Multi-product sales experience is a plus (Data Integration experience is nice to have, not a must).
- Resilient, Competitive & Self-Motivated – Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage multiple conversations and track engagement effectively.
